Larry Krauss has been active in real estate as a principal, lawyer and consultant since 1978. Larry has been directly involved in numerous real estate investments over the past 30 years, including negotiating deals, sourcing debt and equity and establishing the strategic vision for each asset.

Larry’s vision for Terracap as being the premiere investment vehicle for high net worth individuals backed by a solid team of acquisition and management professionals has evolved from his tremendous depth of entrepreneurial experiences in real estate, tax law and investment management.

Larry takes hands on approach to each of the deals under Terracap.

Wayne Humphries, RPA, AIHM

Mr. Humphries brings to the team, in excess of 15 years of real estate operations, acquisitions and development experience, which have included a diverse background in property management, asset management, divestitures and acquisitions across multiple asset classes, including in the retail, commercial office and hospitality sectors.

As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Humphries’s primarily responsibility is in
(1) Strategic planning as it relates to both Terracap and its real estate platform
(2) Growing and managing Terracap’s infrastructure and investments to meet its aggressive growth plans.

Dan Forsyth

Vice President, Leasing

Dan Forsyth has over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, including various positions in both operations and leasing. He has experience managing and leasing large retail shopping centres and power centres in addition to various mixed use commercial projects. Marathon Realty Company Limited, Dundee Realty Corporation and Markborough Properties are among some of the well know companies Mr. Forsyth has worked with.

Most recently he was based in western Canada with a brokerage firm mandated for the leasing and redeveloping several projects for the Retrocom REIT portfolio.

Mark Siegel

Mark Siegel is a Professional Planner with an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in the areas of development, planning, acquisition, retail location strategy, and property management.

Donald McDougall, MBA

Senior Director, Acquisitions and Asset Management

Mr. McDougall is the Senior Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management and has overall operational responsibility for transactional and asset management functions as well as debt and equity financing. Mr. McDougall has an extensive background in dealing with complex retail value enhancement strategies, portfolio management and optimizing capital structure. In addition, he has structured and managed debt, equity, construction and term financing for numerous commercial development projects and partnerships. Mr. McDougall holds an MBA from the Schulich School of business.

William Park

William Park is a Design and Construction professional, with experience in all aspects of project development, execution and maintenance in a diverse range of projects and possesses a well respected reputation in the construction industry. Prior to Terracap, William was responsible for the Construction and Design department at Brewers Retail, overseeing the aggressive re-branding initiative. William has also work for some of the most well respected National retailers, such as Shoppers Drug Mart and Toys R Us.

Vivian Saguil

Vivian Saguil is a Certified General Accountant with broad experience in financial and management accounting in the real estate industry. Prior to Terracap, Vivian was the Controller for Retrocom REIT responsible for the external public market reporting.
Vivian has also held senior financial positions with Tanurb Developments, O&Y Developments and Taliskur.
